Heather Marks was born on July 25th, 1988. Born to parents Ray and Pat Marks (who are both dentists), Heather and her family lived in Calgary, Canada, for most of her life. She has 3 siblings, older sisters Tracy and Shelly, and younger brother Steven.
Heather was discovered by Mode Models agent Kelly Streit at the age of 12, at the Calgary Women's Show. However, she didn't begin modeling right away. First, she gave herself a chance to finish junior high and to get braces on and off.
Finally, at the age of 14, Heather began modeling professionally. In the past 4 years, she has accomplished so much, earning herself a "supermodel" status. Heather is a total chameleon - her hair has been red, dark brown, bright blonde, and other variations! She's done advertisements for top designers such as Marc Jacobs, Anna Sui, Karl Lagerfeld, and Calvin Klein. She has also appeared in a number of magazines, including Vogue, Flair, Mixte, and Elle. Heather rose to new heights in 2006, when she earned herself a coveted spot in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
